1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read the enclosed safety warnings, the additional

safety warnings and the instructions. Failure to follow

the safety warnings and the instructions may result in

electric shock, ﬁ re and/or serious injury. Save the safe-

ty warnings and the instructions for future reference.

The following symbols are used in the user

manual or on the product:

or damage to the tool in case of non-obser-

vance of the instructions in this manual.

Keep bystanders away.

Wear a dust protection.

Wear ear and eye protection.

Attention: Laser radiation. Do not stare into

the beam Class 2 laser.

Keep hands away from the cutting area

while the power tool is running. Contact

with the saw blade can lead to injuries.

Danger area! Keep hands, ﬁ ngers or arms

away from this area.

Transport the machine only when the

machine is in inward transport position.

the saw blade. The hole

diameter must ﬁ t the tool

spindle without play. If it is

necessary to use reducers,

ensure that the dimensions of

the reducer are suitable for

the base blade thickness and

the saw blade hole diameter,

as well as the tool spindle

diameter. Wherever possible,

use the reducers provided

with the saw blade. The saw

blade diameter must match

the information speciﬁ ed on

the symbol.

Dual speed mitre saw. Select

‘I’ for a speed of 3200

rotations per minute or select

‘II’ for 4500 rotations per

minute. Generally speaking,

use the lower speed ‘I’ for

metal. Use the increased

speed ‘II’ for wood.
