SAFETY

• By ignoring the safety instructions the

manufacturer cannot be held responsible for

the damage.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be

replaced by the manufacturer, its service

agent or similarly qualified persons in order to

avoid a hazard.

• Never move the appliance by pulling the cord

and make sure the cord cannot become

entangled.

• The appliance must be placed on a stable,

level surface.

• The user must not leave the device

unattended while it is connected to the supply.

• This appliance is only to be used for

household purposes and only for the purpose

it is made for.

• This appliance shall not be used by children

aged less than 8 years. This appliance can be

used by children aged from 8 years and above

and persons with reduced physical, sensory or

mental capabilities or lack of experience and

knowledge if they have been given

supervision or instruction concerning use of

the appliance in a safe way and understand

the hazards involved. Children shall not play

with the appliance. Keep the appliance and its

cord out of reach of children aged less than 8

years. Cleaning and user maintenance shall

not be made by children unless older than 8

and supervised.

• To protect yourself against an electric shock,

do not immerse the cord, plug or appliance in

the water or any other liquid.

• Do not allow children to use the device without

supervision.

• Switch off the appliance and disconnect from

supply before changing accessories or

approaching parts that move in use.

• Always disconnect the device from the supply

if it is left unattended and before assembling,

disassembling or cleaning.

• It is absolutely necessary to keep this

appliance clean at all times, because it comes

into direct contact with food.

• Be very careful when you handle the blades or

inserts. Be especially careful when you

remove them from the bowl or jar, when you

empty the bowl or jar and when you clean

them. Their cutting edges are very sharp, you

can seriously injure.

• This appliance is intended to be used in

household and similar applications such as:

– Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working

environments.

– By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type

environments.

– Bed and breakfast type environments.

– Farm houses.

• Accessories, other than those supplied with

the appliance cannot be used.

• Wait until moving parts stop running before

you remove the lid of the bowl or jar.

• Do not exceed the maximum content indicated

on the bowl or the blender jar.

Cleaning and maintenance

• Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and

wait for the appliance to cool down.

• Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never

use harsh and abrasive cleaners, scouring

pad or steel wool, which damages the

appliance.

• Never immerse the electrical appliance in

water or any other liquid. The appliance is not

dishwasher proof.

• The components are not suitable for cleaning

in a dishwasher. If exposed to heat or caustic

cleaners they might become misshapen or

discoloured.

• Components that have come into contact with

food can be cleaned in soapy water.

• Allow the parts to dry thoroughly before

reassembling the device.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

• Take the appliance andaccessoriesoutthebox.Removethe

stickers,protective foilorplasticfrom thedevice.

• Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10

cm. free space around the device. This device is not suitable for

installation in a cabinet or for outside use.

• Before using your appliance for the first time, wipe off all removable parts

with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.

• Putthepower cable intothe socket.(Note: Make surethe voltagewhich

is indicated on the devicematchesthe localvoltage beforeconnecting

the device.Voltage220V-240V 50-60Hz).

• The blades of the slicing and chopping disk and the blade chopping are

very sharp, avoid physical contact, you can seriously injure.

USE

• Place the base on a flat stable surface, not near a sink filled with water or

a similar setting. Make sure the appliance is not connected to the main

supply and the speed selector is in the '0' position.

• Select '1' for the slow modus , select '2' for a faster mode, select 0 to turn

off the appliance. For a short and fast operation, select the Pulse mode,

you need to hold down the switch in this position, not longer than 1

minute, due to possible overheating of the engine. Allow the unit to cool

down before further use.

The food processor

• This food processor is equipped with 2 safety switches, make sure you

have completed the following steps for a correct installation.

• Fit the detachable shaft onto the base.

• Screw the bowl over the detachable shaft on the device.

• NOTE: the bowl has to unlock the first safety switch. Keep the handle

pointed to the back and turn the bowl clockwise until you hear a click and

the handle is pointed to the right.

• Fit one of the attachments over the second shaft.

• Put your ingredients into the bowl.

• Place the lid on the bowl.

• NOTE: the lid has to unlock the second safety switch. Make sure the

extended lip on the lid turns into the handle of the bowl until you hear a

click, the lid has to be turned clockwise.

• Use the French fries/Julienne Disc for firm ingredients for salads,

garnishes, casseroles and fries.

• Use the Slicer Disc for cheese, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, cucumber,

courgette, beetroot and onions.

• Use the Emulsifying Disc for aioli, instant pudding, mayonnaise, whipping

cream, whisking eggs, egg whites, and sponge cake mixtures and so on.

• Use the plastic blade for cake and pastry making and mixing flour. Don't

use it longer than two minutes, before letting the machine cool down.

• Use the stainless steel blade for chopping raw and cooked meat,

vegetables, nuts, pate, dips, pureeing soups and to also make crumbs

from biscuits and bread.

Citrus press

• Use the citrus press for making juice. Fit instead of the lid the sieve on

the bowl, place the cone over the removable shaft until it drops all the

way down.

• NOTE: the sieve has to unlock the second safety switch. Make sure the

extended lip on the sieve turns into the handle of the bowl until you hear

a click.

Blender

• Put your ingredients into the blender and put the lid on the blender jug.

• Place the blender onto the device and turn it clockwise to lock.

• Select a speed or use the pulse control.

• Do not move the jar. Keep the lid on when the machine is operating.

• NOTE: do never use the jug for hot (over 60 °C) or dry ingredients and

do never operate for longer than 1 minute at one time.

Grinder

• Fit the sealing ring into the blade unit ensuring the seal is located

correctly. Leaking will occur if the sealing ring is damaged or not fitted

correctly.

• Put your ingredients into the chopper cup.

• Screw the chopper cup onto the blade unit.

• Place the chopper cup onto the device and turn it clockwise to lock.

• NOTE: do never operate for longer than 30 seconds at one time.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem Possible solution

The machine does not work There is a safety interlock switch on

the processing bowl/blender. Please

make sure the bowl and lock are

securely locked into position. If the

motor still will not start, check the

power cord and power outlet.

French fries/Julienne disc blocked Always clear any blocked potato

from the chipper disc before

It is normal for small pieces to

remain after processing.

The motor slows down when mixing

dough

The amount of dough may have

exceeded the maximum capacity.

Remove half of the amount and

process in two batches.

Do not add more than 250g of

dough.

The dough is too dry When the machine is running, add

water through the fill tube, 1

tablespoon at a time until the dough

cleans the inside of the processing

bowl.

The dough is too wet When the machine is running, add

flour through the fill tube, 1

tablespoon at a time until the dough

cleans the inside of the processing

bowl.

The motor slows down when using

chopping blades

The amount of meat may be too

much. Remove half of the amount

and process in two batches.

The machine vibrates or moves

during processing

Clean and dry the rubber feet at the

bottom of the unit.

Make sure that the maximum load

capacity is not being exceeded.

VEILIGHEID

Reiniging en onderhoud

• Haal voor het schoonmaken de stekker uit het

stopcontact en wacht tot het apparaat afgekoeld

is.

• Reinig het apparaat met een vochtige doek.

Gebruik nooit agressieve en schurende

schoonmaakmiddelen, schuursponsjes of

staalwol, die het apparaat beschadigen.

• Dompel het elektrische apparaat nooit onder in

water of andere vloeistoffen. Het apparaat is

niet vaatwasserbestendig.

• De onderdelen zijn niet vaatwasser bestendig.

Indien de onderdelen worden blootgesteld aan

hitte of bijtende reinigingsmiddelen, kunnen

deze vervormd of verkleurd raken.

• Onderdelen die in aanraking zijn gekomen met

voedsel kunnen worden gereinigd in sopwater.

• Laat de onderdelen goed drogen, alvorens deze

opnieuw op het apparaat te monteren.

VOOR HET EERSTE GEBRUIK

• Haal het apparaat en de accessoires uit de doos.Verwijder de stickers,

de beschermfolie of het plastic van het apparaat.

• Plaats het apparaat op een vlakke, stabiele ondergrond. Zorg voor

minimaal 10 cm vrije ruimte rondom het apparaat. Dit apparaat is niet

geschikt voor inbouw of gebruik buitenshuis.

• Veeg voor het eerste gebruik van het apparaat alle afneembare

onderdelen af met een vochtige doek. Gebruik nooit schurende

producten.

• Sluit de voedingskabel aan op het stopcontact. (Opmerking: Controleer

of het voltage op het apparaat overeenkomt met de plaatselijke

netspanning voordat u het apparaat aansluit. Voltage 220-240V~, 50-60

Hz).

• De messen zijn zeer scherp, pas op met het schoonmaken. Voorkom

ieder lichamelijk contact met de messen, deze kunnen u ernstig

verwonden.

GEBRUIK

• Plaats de basis op een vlakke, stabiele ondergrond, uit de buurt van een

gootsteen met water of een vergelijkbare opstelling. Zorg ervoor dat het

apparaat niet is aangesloten op netspanning en dat de snelheidsregelaar

op de stand 0 staat.

• Voor langzaam selecteer stand 1, voor sneller stand 2, voor uitzetten

stand 0. Voor een korte snelle werking; selecteer de Pulse stand, u dient

de schakelaar vast te blijven houden in deze stand, maximaal 1 minuut

gebruiken, i.v.m. mogelijke oververhitting van de motor. Laat het

apparaat voldoende afkoelen voor verder gebruik.

De keukenmachine

• Deze keukenmachine is voorzien van 2 veiligheidsschakelaars. Wees er

zeker van dat u de volgende stappen hebt uitgevoerd voor een correcte

installatie.

• Plaats de verwijderbare schacht op de basis.

• Draai de kom op de verwijderbare schacht op het apparaat.
