How to Inflate

1. Open the inflation valve and unfold the sleeping pad.

2. Blow into the valve 12 to 15 times.

3. Close the valve and press firmly.

How to Deflate

1. Open the deflation valve.

2. The sleeping pad will deflate within three seconds.

3. Keep the valve opened until the sleeping pad fold and rolled.

Close the valve once the pad is ready to pack.

How to Store

1. Once the sleeping pad is deflated, fold it into three parts

lengthwise.

2. Roll the sleeping back up tightly.

3. Place the pad back in its carrying case or in a backpack or bag.

Maintenance and Care

It is recommended to clean the sleeping pad regularly to prolong

its lifespan.

1. Unfold the sleeping pad and leave it deflated with the valves

closed.

2. Wash the sleeping pad in a bathtub or shower using a gentle

cleaning detergent and soft cleaning tool such as a soft-bristled

brush, towel or sponge. The sleep pad can also be wiped down

with a damp cloth.

3. Rinse the sleeping pad and leave it to air dry completely.

4. Once dry, roll up the sleeping pad and place it back into its

carrying case.

5. Do not store the sleeping pad when it is damp or wet.

Protecting the Sleeping Pad

1. Always check under the sleeping pad for sharp objects that may

potentially puncture the pad, such as sharp rocks, glass shards and

metal rubbish.

2. Do not use the sleeping pad as a flotation device as such use is

not approved by any government authorities.

3. Do not expose the sleeping pad to sparks, flames or fire.

4. Do not inflate the sleeping pad with a high-pressure pump.

5. Do not over-inflate the sleeping pad as this risks bursting or

tearing the pad material.

6. Do not spray the sleeping pad with insect repellents or DEET-

based chlorine.

7. Keep the sleeping pad away from pets as dogs may chew on the

pad’s valves and cats may scratch at the pad’s surface.

Repairing the Pad

Use the supplied repair kit to repair any small punctures. Follow the

instructions provided with the kit.

1. Clean the damaged area thoroughly.

2. Press the patch firmly over the puncture.

3. Allow the repair to set and do not inflate the pad for four hours.

Die Schlafunterlage schützen

Steine, Glasscherben und Metallabfälle.

2. Verwenden Sie die Schlafunterlage nicht als Schwimmhilfe, da

eine solche Verwendung nicht behördlich genehmigt ist.

3. Setzen Sie die Liegematte keinen Funken, Flammen oder Feuer

aus.

4. Die Schlafmatte nicht mit einer Hochdruckpumpe aufblasen.

5. Die Schlafmatte darf nicht zu stark aufgeblasen werden, da sonst

die Gefahr besteht, dass das Matratzenmaterial platzt oder reißt.

6. Besprühen Sie die Isomatte nicht mit Insektenschutzmitteln oder

Chlor auf DEET (Diethyltoluamid) Basis.

7. Halten Sie die Schlafunterlage von Haustieren fern, da Hunde an

den Ventilen der Unterlage kauen und Katzen an der Oberfläche

der Unterlage kratzen können.

Die Matte reparieren

Verwenden Sie das mitgelieferte Reparaturset, um kleine Löcher zu

reparieren. Befolgen Sie die mit dem Set gelieferten Anweisungen.

1. Reinigen Sie die beschädigte Stelle gründlich.

2. Drücken Sie das Pflaster fest auf das Loch.

3. Lassen Sie die Reparatur aushärten und blasen Sie das Kissen vier
